The Centre is registered as a non-profit charitable organization. The official society name is the Pacific Foundation for the Advancement of Minority Equality (PFAME). The registered charity number is 11924 9522 0001.

Board of Directors
A Board of Directors provides policy direction and fund development for The Centre. The Board hires the Executive Director who is responsible for the overall operation.

The Board of Directors works under a policy of gender equity with four male and four female and a male and a female director sharing the position of chair. Two positions are 'trans specific' to welcome and encourage trans participation.

  Jennifer is responsible for carrying out the mission and mandate of the organization through the program, financial, facility and human resource management. She is the public relations spokesperson for The Centre and participates in the community development on behalf of the agency. She works in partnership with the Board of Directors to develop funding opportunities and a vision for The Centre. She can be reached at 604 685-4832

Elaine Mari, Executive Assistant

Elaine Mari is the part-time Executive Assistant at The Centre. She is available on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9-5. Elaine schedules The Centre's room bookings, designs the Newsletter, and assists the Executive Director in the administrative work of The Centre. She can be reached at 604 684-5307.
 

Reception Services
Volunteers in the Reception Office provide many resources to our communities and to the staff of The Centre. Reception services provides welcome, information, referrals and support to those who drop in and call. They are also part of the administration team of The Centre, providing clerical assistance in addition to reception duties. Reception Services Volunteers are key to making sure the people get connected to the right resources both within and beyond The Centre. The Reception Services number is 604 684-5307
